Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager to join its operations in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh. This full-time role involves managing a self-directing, multi-functional team focused on the manufacture and packaging of infant formula products. The manager will ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards while continuously improving production efficiencies and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the departmental management team to achieve business goals and implement strategic initiatives.
• Plan and execute plant run times to meet the master production schedule.
• Direct labor resources to ensure required manning levels are met in production areas.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and hygiene standards are maintained within the department, including necessary documentation.
• Assist with the management of departmental health and safety compliance and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address and rectify production issues.
• Manage training needs and staff performance within the area of responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience at a supervisory level, reporting to a plant manager.
• Experience in operating fully automated Seafood plants.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the Almarai group. The role is based in one of the following cities: Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh.
