Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Manage, coach, and develop a team focused on maintaining exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
• Handle complaints and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness of public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen surpass guest expectations.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and during busy periods to support your team.
• Educate team members on compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory levels, prepare budgets and enhance productivity.

What We Need From You:

• A high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training or experience.
• Ability to communicate in local languages.

About the location: Our hotel will be steps from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, serving 15 million visitors annually.

The Role of Chief Accountant: We currently have an opportunity for a Chief Accountant to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team! You will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and be responsible for maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, supervising payroll, accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Support department managers with payroll and labour standards.
• Assist with budget preparation, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Safeguard cash assets and facilitate audits.
• Ensure proper income recording and timely Daily Business Report generation.

Our Ideal Candidate: You should have 35 years of experience in a hotel finance department, a college education, and a good understanding of the Month-End Process. Integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in Arabic and English are essential.
