Your Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team focused on maintaining exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
- Handle complaints and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure cleanliness of public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen surpass guest expectations.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and during busy periods to support your team.
- Educate team members on compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory levels, prepare budgets and enhance productivity.
What We Need From You:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training or experience.
- Ability to communicate in local languages.
