About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Cluster Sales Coordinator to join its team in Medina. This full-time position provides essential administrative and operational support to the sales department, contributing to lead generation and new business development. The role supports the delivery of services that enhance the overall guest stay.

Sales Operations and Administrative Support

The Cluster Sales Coordinator performs daily sales operations and provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient team functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice distribution, Salesforce activity tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with the preparation of critical sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and responses to RFPs.
  • Compiling and distributing client call summaries, as well as booking and loyalty reports.
  • Supporting departmental initiatives and customer engagement activities.

Business Development and Relationship Management

This role is integral to generating new business and fostering key relationships. Responsibilities include:

  • Researching, identifying, and evaluating unmanaged and prospect accounts to build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Partnering with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers, customers, and hotel partners to identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Conducting discovery calls for unmanaged accounts and assisting in the delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Participating in meetings and conferences as needed to support sales objectives.
