Join Our Team as a Branch Manager!
We are seeking a talented Branch Manager to oversee all operations and ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive working environment and driving the business towards success.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all operational aspects, including customer service, administration, and sales.
  • Aim to achieve a monthly GP of 25 times gross salary.
  • Maximize profitability through excellent customer service and prompt communication.
  • Understand and utilize customer contract requirements effectively.
  • Develop financial forecasts and business plans for the branch.
  • Collaborate with senior management on departmental goals and objectives.
  • Manage the budget and fund allocation effectively.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Implement and uphold safety methods and practices.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Manager in a Logistics/Freight Forwarding company within KSA.
  • Strong background in Logistics & Freight Services Operations with multinational clients.
  • Knowledge of customs rules and regulations is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with modern management practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
