- Set and define performance and quality indicators in customer service.
- Participate in updating customer service procedures and manuals.
- Develop innovative programs to enhance the quality of customer service systems.
- Analyze data to identify strengths and weaknesses in customer services.
- Prepare the required documents and reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
- Professional certifications such as (MCSE, MOS, CCNA) are preferred.
- Proficiency in languages: Arabic, English.
