In this pivotal role at Fakeeh Care, you will ensure the highest safety standards are upheld across our facilities, in compliance with both local and international regulations. Your leadership will promote a culture of safety awareness among staff, residents, and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise personnel within the Safety Unit to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
  • Review and update safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits, documenting findings for improvements.
  • Investigate safety incidents and recommend preventive measures.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on safety issues.
  • Conduct emergency drills and evaluate findings.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for all facilities.
  • Manage safety-related projects to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee budget planning for the Safety Unit.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in the safety field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • NEBOSH and IOSH certifications.
