About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Italian Chef to join our team at Meem Co. For Hotel Management and Operation. This role focuses on preparing and presenting both traditional and modern Italian dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing Italian Dishes: Create renowned Italian dishes such as pizza, pasta, risotto, and lasagna using fresh and authentic ingredients.
  • Supervising the Kitchen: Manage the kitchen staff and ensure seamless coordination, while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Continuously develop and innovate recipes that blend traditional Italian techniques with modern culinary trends.
  • Ingredients and Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of Italian ingredients and coordinate with suppliers to maintain quality.

Required Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine.
  • Effective team management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and creative skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:
  • Culinary Arts Degree or accredited training.
  • Previous experience in Italian cuisine, preferably in distinguished restaurants.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Innovative and detail-oriented approach to cooking.

Physical Requirements:
Constant standing, walking, lifting, and carrying heavy items are part of the role, alongside frequent kneeling and climbing.
