Desired Skills and Experience:

In this role, you will work collaboratively to drive results for the Red Program while ensuring effective service improvement and recovery plans.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize global sales operations and drive revenue growth.
  • Set clear performance goals and ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
