Main Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize global sales operations and drive revenue growth.
- Set clear performance goals and ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
- Act as a key point of contact for global sales activities and provide insights to executive leadership.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Sales Academy Management:
- Train, certify, and upskill sales teams globally through well-designed training programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback.
- Service Improvement & Recovery Plans:
- Lead initiatives to address service delivery issues and implement corrective actions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance processes and report outcomes to leadership.
Competencies & Professional Background:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles (*, Sales Manager, Operations Manager).
- Strong project management and exceptional communication skills.
