- Assessing the needs and requirements of various organizational units for materials and prioritizing purchases.
- Conducting specialized studies and analyses and market surveys to achieve the best purchasing prices from suppliers.
- Overseeing the receipt of offers from service providers and evaluating them.
- Building a database of material prices and suppliers and keeping documents and reports related to sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Sales Management, Industrial Engineering and Systems.
- Practical experience of no less than two years in the field of purchasing.
- Preferred professional certificates such as Purchasing Management Certificate (CAME - PMC) and the introductory certificate in logistics.
- Proficiency in Arabic, English, and Chinese at an advanced level.
- Work management, negotiation, and strategic planning.
- Document management and sales activities.
