Join Our Team as a Reservation Officer!
At Flavors Hotel, we are seeking an experienced Reservation Officer to manage our guest bookings and ensure exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Medina. As a Reservation Officer, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our reservation processes and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process booking requests from various channels (phone, email, online platforms, travel agencies).
• Update the Property Management System (PMS) with accurate booking data including check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, and room types.
• Handle various electronic transactions related to reservations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide optimal solutions for reservation issues.
• Coordinate with reception and customer service teams to ensure rooms are prepared and guests are welcomed professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to apply promotional offers on booking platforms.
• Compile daily and monthly reports on occupancy rates and incoming reservations from all channels.
• Analyze performance of online platforms and provide recommendations for improving sales and increasing occupancy.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in reservations management or a similar field.
• Proficient in using online booking platforms and familiar with hotel management systems (PMS).
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and verbal.
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Experience dealing with customers from various cultural backgrounds.
• Understanding of basic room pricing and revenue management principles.

The Role
We are seeking a strategic salesperson with the ability to see how existing customer solutions can be repeated and leveraged within our current customer base. You will be focused on maximizing and increasing the value delivered by our solutions to our clients by positioning the DGM business’s comprehensive software portfolio and implementation services.

Your Impact

• Account and relationship development and management at all levels of the customer organization.
• Articulate solution business value to customers and lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel including support, service, and management resources to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of the customer's business priorities and initiatives.
• Ability to challenge customers’ current way of doing business to drive results.
• Responsible for administration of overall strategic account plan, opportunity management, competitive displacement targeting, and pipeline development within CRM tool.
• Respond to RFPs, bid preparation, follow-up, negotiation and closing of sales.
• Provide sales and executive management with account updates and sales forecasts.
• Proficiently use Salesforce for opportunity management.
• Accurately forecast deals for current and future business.
• Achieve aggressive sales quota.

What You'll Need

• At least 5 years of related utility sales experience or Industry experience in a consultative selling role.
• Experience leading multimillion dollar sales campaigns.
• Demonstrated track record in solution sales with multi-year achievement against personal quota.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead the accounting and finance team, overseeing performance and professional growth, and assigning tasks accordingly.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with banks, investors, and external auditors to streamline financial transactions and investments.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends by optimizing financial systems and software, embracing modern technology to enhance workflow and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with preference given to CPA or CFA holders.
• At least ten years of professional experience in financial management or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and exposure to advanced financial systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a finance team.
• Proficiency in advanced accounting software, preferably experience in ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English, with Arabic proficiency a plus for internal coordination.
