Join Our Team as a Reservation Officer!
At Flavors Hotel, we are seeking an experienced Reservation Officer to manage our guest bookings and ensure exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Medina. As a Reservation Officer, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our reservation processes and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process booking requests from various channels (phone, email, online platforms, travel agencies).
  • Update the Property Management System (PMS) with accurate booking data including check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, and room types.
  • Handle various electronic transactions related to reservations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide optimal solutions for reservation issues.
  • Coordinate with reception and customer service teams to ensure rooms are prepared and guests are welcomed professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to apply promotional offers on booking platforms.
  • Compile daily and monthly reports on occupancy rates and incoming reservations from all channels.
  • Analyze performance of online platforms and provide recommendations for improving sales and increasing occupancy.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in reservations management or a similar field.
  • Proficient in using online booking platforms and familiar with hotel management systems (PMS).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and verbal.
  • Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • Experience dealing with customers from various cultural backgrounds.
  • Understanding of basic room pricing and revenue management principles.
