Red Hat is seeking a highly skilled AI Platform Sales Specialist (SSP) to lead our efforts in executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Red Hat's AI offerings across Saudi Arabia and Dubai. This pivotal sales role not only focuses on driving sales of generative and predictive AI technologies but also provides crucial support to our sales teams in delivering productive outcomes using the Red Hat AI Portfolio.

What You'll Do:

• Consult and enable successful execution of Data Science AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Educate customers on the applications and benefits of Red Hat's Data Science AI/ML and Generative AI offerings.
• Lead competitive sales situations for the Data Science AI/ML and Generative AI portfolio.
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between sales, products, engineering, and customer success.
• Build lasting relationships with cloud providers and third parties for joint GTM strategies.

What You'll Bring:

• Subject matter expertise in Data Science and Data Engineering concepts.
• Working knowledge of full-stack AI development tools and methodologies.
• Experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem and cloud service providers.
• Strong executive presence and public speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A technical degree with an MBA highlighting technical and business acumen.
• Previous experience in technical sales roles focusing on Data Science AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Established relationships with cloud service provider account teams.

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Accor Group, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of new business accounts. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Client Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to foster strong relationships.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Track sales activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, revenue management, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Experience with hotel sales and/or event planning is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
