As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for achieving real estate sales goals, focusing primarily on properties that are still under development. Your role will involve:
  • Building Client Relationships: Develop relationships with potential clients and present real estate offers.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Gather information about clients' preferences related to future properties.
  • Real Estate Marketing: Promote off-plan projects using modern marketing techniques.
  • Client Management: Follow up with leads and provide investment consultation.
  • Negotiating Deals: Negotiate pricing and payment terms with clients.
  • Monitoring Sales Processes: Ensure sales align with project plans and schedules.
  • Supervising Project Deliveries: Ensure projects are progressing on schedule and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and advise clients based on current trends.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Ensure all sales agreements comply with local real estate laws.
We expect candidates to have Upper Secondary Education and proficiency in Arabic and English, with advanced communication and customer service skills.
