Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise real estate sales agents and build a high-performing sales team.
  • Mentor the team for success, managing agents and motivating them to prioritize clients and win leads.
  • Handle scheduling, feedback, and resources necessary for sales performance.
  • Track sales metrics and report results to senior management.
  • Plan and direct sales training and strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, manage budgets, and motivate team achievement.
  • Conduct site viewings, collate sales figures, and provide feedback for product improvements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and sales techniques.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Able to motivate a team and interact with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to solve problems and work flexibly in a dynamic environment.
