Security Systems Engineer

About the Role

Silah Tamkeen is seeking a Security Systems Engineer to join their team in Al Madinah, with operations spanning Yanbu and Medina. This full-time position involves comprehensive technical support and maintenance for integrated security systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, program, and troubleshoot integrated security systems and their associated components.
• Provide support for CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, security management systems, NVRs, MIDS, and PIDS.
• Deliver second-line technical support and resolve system application and field-related technical issues.
• Perform regular system health checks, data backups, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, network switches, and end-user devices.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain third-line technical support and resolve complex issues.
• Review electrical schematics, technical drawings, and construction documents to ensure system integrity.
• Ensure the delivery of timely and professional technical support, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in security systems and technical support.
• Professional-level system administration, configuration, and certification in access control systems.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Madinah, with responsibilities extending to Yanbu and Medina.
