At Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah, we are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Waiter as part of our Nationalization Development Program, Tamayyaz. This initiative is designed to equip Saudi talents with the necessary skills and knowledge for excellence in the hospitality sector through a blend of classroom learning and on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, adhering to Sofitel Standards of Performance.
• Be flexible and adapt to rotate within different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other department as assigned.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures established for the workplace.
• Have thorough knowledge of menu items and recommend food and beverage combinations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle guest inquiries and report complaints to supervisors when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous service experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
