Manarat Tabah company is looking for a professional chef to join our food services team. Your role will be vital in preparing a variety of unique dishes for our guests at hotels and restaurants.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Receiving raw materials, preparing, cooking meats, chicken, and vegetables.
    • Preparing soups and making salads and cold and hot appetizers.
    • Boiling and cooking Eastern foods.
    • Preparing dishes after cooking and getting them ready for serving.
    • Supervising the cleaning of cooking tools and maintaining safety and public health procedures and instructions.
  • Requirements:
    • A degree in nutrition, food sciences, hotel management, food and beverage service or food production and cooking.
    • Advanced skills in cooking fundamentals, meal preparation, and food cooking.
    • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
