The company is looking for a distinguished administrative assistant to perform various tasks related to organizing work and administrative communication. You will be responsible for implementing administrative decisions and following up on workflow regularly. The main tasks: 1. Follow up and implement administrative instructions issued by the immediate supervisor. 2. Open, sort, and distribute paper mail and respond to emails. 3. Complete written work and respond to inquiries, and organize files. 4. Coordinate and organize meetings, and take meeting notes. Required qualifications: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management information systems, marketing, or executive secretary. Required skills: Customer service, email management software, ability to take responsibility, and work management.

  • 23 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A fast learner eager to take on new challenges.
