Key Responsibilities:
  • Review the Contractor’s Quality Management Plan and procedures, providing feedback to the Quality Manager.
  • Evaluate the Contractor’s Inspection and Test Plans (IPTs) and Quality Reports for compliance with quality requirements.
  • Guide the Project Manager and Engineers on quality-specific requirements and improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor the Contractor’s QA/QC Team performance and execute the Project Quality Plan.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports ensuring all data is verified and quality issues are resolved.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports comparing them to contractors’ submissions and ensure all tasks are recorded and addressed timely.
