The person responsible for the initial welcome of guests and assisting them in getting a distinctive and comprehensive service stay at the hotel, as well as responding to all inquiries and questions from guests or clients with all politeness and calmness, requires hotel reservation staff to have all the information and data related to accommodation prices in the hotel and the available payment methods or types of rooms as well as how to determine and recommend the appropriate one that fits the client's requirements and needs.
Job Duties:
Follow up and implement all check-in and check-out tasks.
Manage and follow reservations via the internet and phone.
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card information.
Record the necessary data and information for visitors.
Welcome and greet visitors upon arrival and direct them to their rooms.
Cooperate with visitors and provide information about the hotel, available rooms, prices, and facilities.
Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate with various departments within the hotel according to guest needs.
Confirm reservations and arrange customer services.
Periodic updates and maintenance of reservation and payment records.

- Organization and the ability to withstand work pressure, especially during peak occupancy times in hotels.
- Attention and focus on the smallest details such as room numbers, reservation times, renewals, and other matters related to hotel accommodation.
- Office work skills and the ability to handle routine tasks related to customer data entry necessary for booking and completing payment and registration processes in the hotel’s electronic system board.
