**Job Title: Specialized Baker in French Pastries**
**Tasks and Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and create a variety of French pastries, such as croissants, baguettes, éclairs, and tarts.
- Ensure the use of high-quality ingredients and adherence to recipes and health standards.
- Develop new recipes and improve existing products based on market trends and customer needs.
- Supervise the processes of fermentation, kneading, baking, and decoration to ensure the quality of the final product.
- Manage inventory and request raw materials to ensure the availability of necessary ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness in the workspace according to health and food safety standards.
- Work within the bakery team and coordinate with chefs and staff to ensure efficient workflow.
**Qualifications and Experience Required:**
- At least 5 years of experience in specialized bakeries, with a focus on French pastries.
- Deep knowledge of kneading, fermentation, shaping, and baking techniques according to traditional French methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Creative skills in decorating and preparing desserts and pastries.
- Ability to train and guide the team when needed.
