In this leadership role, you will be responsible for enhancing our customer experience and managing the day-to-day operations of the store.

Main Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the store and upgrading all operational elements.
- Responsible for the financial accountability including cash collections and deposits.
- Plan weekly work schedules and allocate daily tasks to staff.
- Conduct daily meetings with employees regarding their roles and responsibilities.
- Train and supervise new employees, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and perform monthly stock audits.
- Ensure product displays comply with brand guidelines.
- Ensure POS and store equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints proactively.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain workplace health and safety standards.
