About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Call Center Manager with over 10 years of experience in the field to manage our Contact Centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and motivating the team to achieve performance goals.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies for customer relationship management.
  • Ensuring problems are resolved efficiently and training is provided continuously.
  • Managing customer relationships to improve service and satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Must be a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations.
  • 10+ years of practical experience in call center management, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in solving problems and training personnel.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to develop and implement strategies.
  • Saudi National Candidates are preferred; non-Saudis must meet the Ministry of Human Resources standards.
