- Efficiently process financial transactions using point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and open manner, providing personalized service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Proactively identify customer needs and suggest suitable food and beverage products, applying upselling techniques to increase sales.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special promotions for effective customer communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service excellence.
- Conduct regular cash drawer audits and ensure any discrepancies are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to create an organized and welcoming work environment, contributing to the cleanliness and appeal of the store.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations as you carry out daily tasks in the food and beverage setting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or sales role within the food and beverage sector.
- Proven ability to interact with customers, demonstrating proactive selling techniques and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage categories, including current trends and popular products.
- Ability to handle cash transactions, operate point-of-sale systems, and maintain accurate financial records.
