Join us as a Customer Service Specialist at Salla Information Technology Company.

We are looking for an outstanding individual to build and improve our customer service systems. You will be guided to set performance indicators and standards, develop quality programs, and analyze customer satisfaction to ensure an exceptional experience for customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and set key performance indicators in customer service in coordination with the quality department.
  • Update customer service procedures and manuals to ensure effective and efficient responses.
  • Develop innovative programs to enhance service quality.
  • Analyze data to identify strengths and weaknesses in the current system.
  • Prepare documents and reports related to customer service.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing communication, public relations, customer service, or executive secretarial studies.
  • At least one year of practical experience in customer service.

Required Skills:
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Ability to conduct investigations and analyze data.
  • Quality assurance and after-sales management skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
