We are looking for a distinguished Customer Service Specialist to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work in a developed and professional environment. You will take on multiple responsibilities related to improving and developing customer service systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Setting and defining performance and quality indicators in customer service.
  • Participating in updating customer service procedures and manuals.
  • Developing programs to ensure the quality and professionalism of customer service systems.
  • Analyzing data to identify strengths and weaknesses in customer service systems.
  • Preparing reports and documents related to customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or Customer Service.
  • Two years of practical experience in customer service.
  • Advanced skills in customer service, investigations, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Salary: From 4000 to 4001 Saudi Riyals
Region: Makkah
Working Hours: Morning/Evening.
