• Ensure proper stock levels and supplies based on daily production sheets and events.
• Maintain clean working conditions in compliance with health regulations.
• Select and inspect food items ensuring high standards for menu preparation.
• Prioritize proper labeling and dating of products for safekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and service staff to address guest needs.
• Plan and prepare items for quality service to all dining outlets.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef in menu development.
• Monitor waste and ensure proper food rotation and quality control.
• Assist in overseeing inventories and ordering of food and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary.
• Minimum of one year experience in the same role, preferably with an international brand.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with effective collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the hotel team.

A current trade commercial cookery qualification and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate are essential.
