Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee the consistency of cold kitchen preparations to ensure quality products and adherence to recipes.
- Prepare cold food according to recipes, guidelines, and hotel standards set by the Executive Chef.
- Ensure proper stock levels and supplies based on daily production sheets and events.
- Maintain clean working conditions in compliance with health regulations.
- Select and inspect food items ensuring high standards for menu preparation.
- Prioritize proper labeling and dating of products for safekeeping.
- Communicate effectively with chefs and service staff to address guest needs.
- Plan and prepare items for quality service to all dining outlets.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef in menu development.
- Monitor waste and ensure proper food rotation and quality control.
- Assist in overseeing inventories and ordering of food and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary.
- Minimum of one year experience in the same role, preferably with an international brand.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with effective collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the hotel team.
