As the Asian Cluster Chef, you will be accountable for the quality, consistency, and production of our restaurant kitchen. This role involves leading the team, managing food-related functions, and ensuring our culinary standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit culinary talents and manage kitchen operations effectively.
  • Coordinate menus, purchasing, staffing, and food preparation.
  • Develop and train your team to improve results.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and food standards.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • A high school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or a related area; or
  • A 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or a related major with 2 years of experience.

Core Activities Include:
  • Maintaining food preparation and handling standards.
  • Leading the kitchen team and supervising daily operations.
  • Setting and achieving kitchen goals and budget targets.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
