Position Summary
As a Hostess at Four Points By Sheraton Makkah, you will greet guests and determine the number in their party. Your responsibilities will include seating guests by finding a clean, available table, pulling out chairs, and placing clean menus in front of the guests. You will guide guests through the dining areas and provide any needed assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange seating for groups with special needs and ensure place settings are appropriate.
  • Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, and plentiful.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, following clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
