Join our prestigious team as an Executive Housekeeper! You will lead the overall management of housekeeping functions across guestrooms, offices, and public areas in a renowned hotel. Your role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations in guest rooms, offices, and public areas.
  • Establish and enforce cleanliness and decor standards to meet organizational expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective working rules and practices for the housekeeping team.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with housekeeping standards.
  • Issue necessary orders and corrective actions to address shortcomings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Train and supervise housekeeping colleagues, fostering a high-performance team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols within the housekeeping department.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly.
  • Organize night cleaning operations for various areas to maintain cleanliness.
  • Prepare the Annual Housekeeping Budget and recommend equipment modernization.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Department to control expenses within monthly forecasts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management.
  • Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in accordance with organizational policies.
