At Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, located just steps away from the Masjid Al Haram in Mecca, we are committed to authentic hospitality. Our Front Office Agent plays a crucial role in providing first-class service to our guests in our iconic hotel. As a Front Office Agent, you will:
  • Welcome and check-in arriving guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Process guest check-out procedures and handle payment transactions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping regarding room status updates.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and special requests.
  • Follow safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hotels is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and remain physically agile.
