Join Hilton as a Guest Service Agent!
As a vital team member in the Front Office, you will engage with our VIP guests throughout their stay, ensuring they receive the best hospitality experience from check-in to check-out.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Check guest arrival reports in advance of VIP check-ins and coordinate with housekeeping.
  • Welcome guests and fulfill the check-in process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Oversee the Guest Relations Desk, acting as the point of contact for VIP guests.
  • Maintain an inventory of guest amenities and ensure rooms meet the highest standards prior to arrival.
  • Stay informed about hotel products, services, and special promotional offers.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Calm, efficient, and organized professionals with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for exceptional guest service.
  • Experience in guest relations within the hotel or leisure sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Conflict resolution and cash handling experience.
