Are you passionate about maintaining exceptional standards in hospitality? We are on the lookout for a dedicated Executive Housekeeper to collaborate with our Operations Manager. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
In this diverse role, you will:
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team focused on outstanding housekeeping and laundry standards.
  • Address complaints and special requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linens surpass guest expectations.
  • Assist with deep cleaning tasks and provide support during busy periods.
  • Educate team members on compliance with laws and safety standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels, prepare budgets, and drive productivity.

What We Require from You:
You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of housekeeping experience and some supervisory experience.

  • Fluent in English and/or Arabic.
  • Experience with Opera PMS System.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
