As an Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will support the Director in managing all HR functions to meet our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of front-line employees.
- Provide guidance and counsel to employees at all levels regarding problems and queries.
- Ensure high standards of employee conduct and coordinate disciplinary procedures if necessary.
- Oversee staff accommodation, ensuring cleanliness and comfort standards.
- Encourage regular sports and social activities for staff.
- Maintain engaging staff notice boards with up-to-date information.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and follow up on development needs.
- Foster colleague satisfaction and team spirit through active participation in hotel committees.
- Maintain effective communication throughout the hotel.
- Promote a cooperative working environment, enhancing productivity and morale.
Qualification Requirements:
- A university degree in Human Resources or a related field with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in computer systems, especially payroll software.
- Fluency in English is a must.
