As a key player in managing our human resources operations, you will ensure the smooth running of all employee management activities within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and onboarding new hires.
- Conducting performance management and providing feedback.
- Managing payroll and employee benefits.
- Coordinating leave requests to maintain coverage across departments.
- Entering daily employee reports and production incentives into HR systems.
- Managing complaint forms and documenting results.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Overseeing disciplinary processes and advising management on HR best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Advanced Arabic, Intermediate English proficiency.
