Join Our Team as an IT Officer!
At M Hotel Al Dana Makkah By Millennium, we are seeking a dedicated IT Officer to provide essential technical support and maintain our IT systems and equipment. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of technology that supports our hospitality functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to colleagues for IT hardware and software problems.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Assist in the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure and devices.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
  • Conduct regular system checks, backups, and software updates.
  • Keep records of IT equipment, licenses, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures and protocols.
  • Assist colleagues with IT-related inquiries and offer training as required.
  • Monitor the performance, security, and data integrity of IT systems.
  • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and technology rollouts.
  • Stay informed about emerging technology trends and provide recommendations.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and technical guidelines.
  • Support in the procurement and evaluation of IT hardware and software.
  • Assist in IT-related documentation and reporting tasks.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard health and safety, while contributing to environmental conservation.
  • Adhere to company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
