Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via various channels.
- Guide users through solutions in person or remotely.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Coordinate hardware repairs and installations as needed.
- Monitor network performance and address basic connectivity issues.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL standards, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with IT teams.
- Proficient in Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
