Role Overview:
As a Legal Advisor in Makkah, you will provide high-level regulatory legal counsel to ensure alignment with the Client's frameworks and applicable Saudi laws. Your role will include:

• Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Leadership: Lead legal compliance within program operations and monitor legislative changes.
• Policy & Process Development: Develop and improve governance documents in line with regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with regulatory bodies and advocate for Client's interests.
• Advisory & Training: Provide guidance on regulatory risks and promote awareness through workshops.
• Regulatory Risk Management: Identify risks and lead compliance audits and submissions.

Qualifications:
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in law, preferably a Master’s degree in relevant fields, and a minimum of 14 years’ experience in legal advisory roles, particularly in the public sector in Saudi Arabia. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English are essential.

Preferred Background:
Experience in public transport or infrastructure projects is an advantage. We value strong professional connections within KSA ministries and regulatory bodies.
