About the Role:
The Junior Marketing Manager will support the Head of Marketing and/or the Senior Marketing Manager in managing our product portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the commercialization, market growth, and profitability tracking of existing and new products.
- Implementing product and pricing strategies based on market analysis.
- Providing consumer insights and competitive feedback to enhance product positioning.
- Co-leading product category launches and supporting dedicated customer activities.
- Participating in local and international projects across various functions.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- A degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA preferred.
- Entry-level experience of up to 3 years in Marketing.
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing software is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are beneficial.
- A critical thinker and agile learner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
