Key Responsibilities:

• Operational: Execute go-to-market and pricing strategies to drive sales growth and market share for the commercial team.
• Understand and segment existing customers, as well as recruit new ones.
• Develop the Market Activation Plan for new products and implement marketing activities to generate demand.
• Measure the performance of customers and channels, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Support Growth Calls execution and the Market Business Review Cycle.

Financial:

• Drive Sales and Margin within the assigned channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic brand plans to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape.
