Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations & Communication: Maintain strong client relationships, gather feedback, and enhance client services.
  • Financial & Budget Management: Prepare and monitor the firm's budget and resources efficiently.
  • Administrative & Operational Management: Manage client greeting, call handling, scheduling, and organizing documents.
  • Legal Support: Draft proposals, contracts, and comply with legal requirements.
  • Human Resources & Employee Support: Oversee HR operations, onboarding, and attendance tracking.
  • Office & Resource Management: Monitor office supplies and manage equipment.
  • Development & Strategic Growth: Identify business development opportunities and improve workflow.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven office management experience, ideally in a law firm.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of HR functions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
