Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations & Communication: Maintain strong client relationships, gather feedback, and enhance client services.
- Financial & Budget Management: Prepare and monitor the firm's budget and resources efficiently.
- Administrative & Operational Management: Manage client greeting, call handling, scheduling, and organizing documents.
- Legal Support: Draft proposals, contracts, and comply with legal requirements.
- Human Resources & Employee Support: Oversee HR operations, onboarding, and attendance tracking.
- Office & Resource Management: Monitor office supplies and manage equipment.
- Development & Strategic Growth: Identify business development opportunities and improve workflow.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven office management experience, ideally in a law firm.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of HR functions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
