We at Marmis Contracting Company are looking for an exceptional maintenance supervisor to join our team.
Job Description:
The role of the maintenance supervisor involves preparing a work plan and schedule, following up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance, and distributing tasks among the team. Additionally, it is necessary to design the training needs for the maintenance team and prepare a preventive maintenance program.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of required materials.
- Distribute tasks and responsibilities among the maintenance team members according to their capabilities and monitor and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team.
- Assess the training needs of maintenance teams and develop their skills.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Classify, arrange, document, and preserve results and work reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English at an advanced level.
Experience Requirements:
10 years of experience in project management and maintenance.
Skills:
- Machine maintenance, supervision, technical guidance, report writing and forecasting, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
