Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of required materials.
• Distribute tasks and responsibilities among the maintenance team members according to their capabilities and monitor and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team.
• Assess the training needs of maintenance teams and develop their skills.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
