A Day in the Life:

• Manage GM Office operations including assets, supplies, and documents.
• Book and coordinate internal and external meetings, trainings, and travels.
• Assist in preparing official documents and commercial reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders and manage VIP communications.
• Ensure adherence to T&E policy and support travel arrangements for NBT visitors.

• A University Degree with 23 years’ experience in administrative work or support services.

About the Role:
The Project Manager is a key position responsible for overseeing and managing projects from the post-sales phase to completion. This role is crucial in coordinating the necessary resources, allocating budgets, and measuring performance to ensure successful project delivery.

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

• Technical and Operations:
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Manage all project-related documentation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
  • Conduct on-site visits to oversee operations and ensure safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor budgets and resource allocation, working closely with the Finance Department.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within project management.
• Talent Development:
  • Lead and coach team members, fostering empowerment and ownership.
  • Conduct performance reviews and oversee development plans.

Position Requirements:

• Location: Taif City
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in project management.
