Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Procurement Specialist to enhance our procurement functions. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and timeliness of services provided to clients and project personnel. As a Procurement Specialist, you will:
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to offer insights into supply chain performance.
  • Prepare procurement schedules using suitable software (*, Excel, P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Analyze trends and identify improvements in supply chain processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Review RFP documents and ensure contracts meet requirements.
  • Launch competitions and manage supplier interactions during the RFP period.
  • Conduct price analyses and report findings.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve disputes.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement management procedures.
Desired Skills: You should have a Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement management. Proficiency in Arabic and English, as well as strong computer skills in Microsoft applications, is essential. Experience working internationally, preferably in Saudi Arabia, is preferred.
