As a Purchase Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the needs and requirements of various organizational units for materials, conducting market surveys to ensure best purchasing prices from suppliers, and supervising the receipt and evaluation of service provider offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing the needs of different organizational units for various materials and prioritizing purchases accordingly.
• Conducting specialized studies and market analyses to secure the best purchasing prices from suppliers while ensuring required quality.
• Overseeing the procedures for receiving offers from service providers, ensuring compliance with administrative procedures.
• Building a database of frequently consumed material prices and maintaining complete files on different purchasing operations.
• Participating in developing operational plans and executive programs for procurement management.
• Coordinating the activities related to selected and approved suppliers, gathering offers, and executing purchase requests.
• Ensuring effective communication with internal and external business partners and maintaining a wide base of suppliers.
• Preparing analytical reports for purchasing activities and monitoring costs.
• Participating in negotiations and discussions with suppliers, ensuring the availability of all necessary resources for procurement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Sales Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Purchasing Management Certificate (CAME - PMC).

Languages:

• Arabic - Advanced
• English - Advanced (Nice to have)
• Chinese - Beginner
