Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction is seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager. This role involves managing the competitive bidding process and ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient and effective.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage competitive bidding processes including RFQs and RFPs.
  • Oversee and manage contractor/vendor records.
  • Monitor and report on Procurement & Tendering department results.
  • Evaluate all proposals and coordinate vendor bids.
  • Maintain an accurate vendor database and improve supplier relationships.
  • Ensure local content mandates and ESG requirements are met.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Supervisory-level experience (3+ years).
  • Real Estate industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
