Position Overview:
To organize the sourcing & purchasing functions for all types of OS&E products required for RSG operation. This role involves managing OS&E buyers teams, securing operational purchasing activities across multiple categories such as hotel guest equipment, kitchen appliances, office supplies, dining equipment, spa equipment, and more. Ensure compliance with detailed purchasing SOPs across RSG processes.

Responsibilities:

• Define purchasing strategies for all types of OS&E products.
• Track and report key functional metrics to enhance competitiveness and service levels.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders for clear purchasing documentation.
• Source and assess reliable vendors and suppliers globally.
• Monitor supplier performance and negotiate competitive prices.
• Forecast demand levels and consolidate volumes for better negotiations.
• Ensure quality standards are met according to end-customer requirements.
• Monitor daily orders and coordinate with the buying team.
• Research and identify new products for the end-customers.
• Maintain accurate product descriptions in the Master Item File.

Qualification and Experience:
Very strong experience in the KSA OS&E sector with solid connections with international suppliers. Expertise in sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, quality & food safety knowledge, and contract management is essential. Proficiency in Arabic and English languages and familiarity with systems such as Birch Street and SAP is advantageous.

About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Officer to manage purchasing activities, supplier relations, and inventory control in our Jeddah office. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement, maintain optimal stock levels, and support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Duties:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for best pricing and terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor procurement timelines to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with departments to assess procurement needs and budget constraints.

Inventory Management Duties:

• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits (physical & system-based).
• Track inventory movement (receipts, issues, returns) using ERP/software.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of inventory.
• Identify slow-moving/obsolete stock and recommend disposal strategies.
• Generate inventory reports (stock levels, consumption trends, shortages).

• Ensure compliance with company policies and KSA procurement regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 35 years in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and inventory software.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Location: Must be based in Jeddah.
