As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guest experience in the beautiful Makkah area. Our hotel, known for its luxurious accommodations and exceptional service, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to manage reservations and provide outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls within 3 rings, utilizing the company's standard greeting and following the reservation script to handle inquiries about hotel accommodations and facilities.
  • Process reservations promptly and accurately in the property management system, ensuring all modifications and cancellations are handled correctly and in line with operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records regarding special requirements, reservations requests, and amenities.
  • Stay updated on hotel facilities, promotions, and any changes that may affect bookings.
  • Engage in ongoing training and participate in programs to enhance service delivery and revenue generation.
  • Operate safely and comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to process information accurately.
